Objectives
This research aimed to study the effect of Chuna therapy technique in alleviating the symptoms of patients with low back pain during pregnancy.
Methods
Targeted by outpatient 30 patients, A group of acupuncture treatment that, B group acupuncture treatment technique in con-junction with the Chuna Therapy. After two months of improvement were determined.
Results
1. Group A and B were analyzed for general characteristics, with an average age of both groups, the average gestational age at admission, parity and history of lumbar disc herniation were no significant differences in.
2. VNRS improvement in the rate of group A was 2.94±4.73, VNRS improvement in the rate of group B was 4.85 ± 1.49. Between the two groups was statistically significant.
3. ODI improvement rate in group A was 11.10 ± 4,73, ODI improvement rate in Group B was 17.18 ± 3.79. Between the two groups was statistically significant.
4. Patients who received acupuncture treatment technique and Chuna Therapy in group B compared pubis, thighs, buttocks showing more effective in pain relief than Acupuncture treatment that patients in group A, that could be observed.
Conclusions
Than patients who received simply acupuncture treatment that patients who received Chuna therapy and acupuncture treatment of the effect seems to be significantly higher.
