This study presents a case of epilepsy resistant to conventional treatment, managed with cranial therapy. A 36-year-old man with epilepsy was treated with cranial therapy and acupuncture during a 24-day of hospitalization. Epileptic seizure symptoms were assessed using the scores of the epilepsy self-efficacy scale (ESES) and epilepsy self-management scale (ESMS). Assessments were conducted at baseline and on the 24th day of hospitalization. After 24 days of treatment, the patient's epileptic seizure symptoms improved. The ESES score increased from 205 to 319, and the ESMS score increased from 128 to 177. The patient also reported a high level of satisfaction with the treatment. Symptom improvement was maintained throughout the treatment period, and no serious adverse effects were observed.
