노년치매의 治療證例 辨證施治 統計 等에 관한 中國 醫學雜志 18卷의 內容을 살펴본 후 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 노년치매의 原因 所在는 腦이고, 五臟六腑와 七情과도 밀접한 關係가 있다. 2. 노년치매의 主因은 腦萎縮과 臟氣虛의 正虛와, 痰濕 瘀血의 邪實이다. 3. 노년치매의 診斷基準은 8個項으로 나눌 수 있다. 4. 노년치매 治療시 痰濕를 治療하는 方藥을 爲主로 하고, 精髓를 補强하는 方藥으로 補佐한다. 5. 노년치매 治療시 體針 頭針 耳針 水針 等과 灸法도 活用하면 有效하다. 6. 노년치매의 豫防과 調理에 韓醫學的 養生法과 氣功 食餌療法 등이 有效하다. 7. 노년치매를 韓醫學的으로 治療할 때에 有效率은 80%이상이다.

The contents of 18 Chinese medicine magazines written about the statistics of treatment after the differentiation of syndromes in the treatment case of Alzheimer's diseases were examined to get the following conclusions. 1. Brain is where Alzheimer's disease mainly occurs and it is closely associated with five Chang organs and six hollow viscera. 2. The main etiologies of Alzheimer's disease are the deficiency of the vital principle such as brain atrophy, deficiency of chang-ki and excessive pathogens such as damp-phlegm and ischemia. 3. The diagnosis standard of Alzheimer's diseases can be divided into 8 categories. 4. In the treatment of the Alzheimer's diseases, the prescription and herbs treating damp-phlegm should be given the first consideration and the one invigorating the essence and marrow as an assistance. 5. In treatment of Alzheimer's diseases, the use of body acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, ear acupuncture, therapy of point injection and moxibustion method also have treatment effect. 6. The oriental health preserving method and Kigong diet therapy show good effect in the prevention and recuperation of Alzheimer's diseases. 7. Oriental medicinal's way of treating the diseases shows over 80% of good treatment effect.
