The conclusions drawn through studies on psuedo-autism, rickets, periventricular leukomalacia, and septal defects are as follows. 1. Those patients suffering from psuedo-autism who either belonged to Yangmyung type or had false heat from the heart showed some improvement by the treatment using Sahwangsan and Seongshimsan according to the theory of matching the appearance and symptoms. 2. Patient with periventricular leukomalacia belonged to Taeyang type and also to Shin type was treated with essence(cerebrospinal fluid) filling herbs of Yukmijihwangtang to which radix achyranthis bidentatae, cortex acanthopanacis, fructus schizandrae, cornu cervi pantotrichum were added and Oryeongsan in turns and showed improvement. 3. Significant effects showed on the patient having inner symptoms with rickets who belonged to the Jung type and also to Bangkwang-body by the application of Jeonssiyikongsan and Sipjeondaebotang. 4. The application of Poryonghwan which makes the quality, quantity and cluster of the body showed efficacious to 1 month old infant with septal defects. 5. Disease known to be incurable in the western medicine can be treated efficiently as long as the treatment is well accorded to the basic theory of Hyungsang Medicine. 6. The treatment should always be affirmative and couraging to the patients. Long term treatment becomes possible when the surrounding environment of the patient changes to a positive condition through continuous communication between the people around him(her) and the doctor. 7. Efficacious cases should be accumulated so that people can realize the excellency of Korean Medicine and programs for individual incurable disease should be developed.
